Color therapy works. It just does. If you stare long enough at one color, you 'feel' it. Like red is anger, green is calmness, and blue is sadness. Pantone colors work especially well with their precise shades. You could paint your nails or your room with a certain color and you could do color therapy by staring at the color. Honeysuckle is mood lifting, while mimosa inspires creativity. Any color could change your mood if you stare long enough at it!
